Maggie Austin has gained rich experiences in her thirteen years at TIE. She loves how this organization fosters a collaborative spirit and opportunities to learn. She also loves the annual Jim Parry Harney Peak Hike! Her work includes facilitating Courage to Teach/Courage to Lead retreats, designing staff development, managing and implementing federal grants, and supporting people as they learn and grow.
